From the projects view, you can preview your projects at a glance, and use quick actions such as rename, share, deliver, clone, or delete.


You can create a new project, import a project, search for a project, switch themes, access settings, and view your account information all from the top panel.

Using the editor, you can click on an element to quickly adjust color, size, and content all from the bottom toolbar.


In the sign's overview panel you can search for specific signs, create a new sign, and download, duplicate, or remove a sign.

Using the share menu in the editor top panel, you can enable or disable cloning. This allows another user to use the unique project id to create a copy of your project from the import project menu in the project's view.


This only allows someone to create a copy of your project, not edit your project.

Using the spreadsheet view, you can quickly add all the necessary information to signs using the enter key to go to the next input.


Every row has input validation, insuring you have the right and valid information in the each input. Using the arrow to the right of each row, you can delete or duplicate the row.

Using the import meet sheets menu, you can upload a meet sheet, and signs will automatically be generated based on what each swimmer is swimming.


Lastnames will be checked with the auto completion database to link with corresponding zip codes, and long names will automatically be created smaller so they don't overflow.

When tying into the name field in the signs editor, or any row in the spreadsheet view, the powerful autocomplete pill will popup below the textbox.


Tied to a swimmer's database, it can autocomplete names, and link them with zip codes and email addresses further saving time in the creating process.

In the delivery panel, you can quicly correct any invalid or missing information before you print or email your signs.


Printed signs will print the swimmer's last name and zip code on the backpage of the sign. Emailed signs will use a template which can be modified in the settings panel.

In the settings panel you can view account actions, toggle dark mode, modify sign's font size defaults, view keyboard shortcuts, and edit the email template.


If your an admin, you'll have access to the "swimmer's information" title where you can add swimmer details to the autocomplete system.

All your projects will be automatically synced to the cloud where they can be modified from any computer as long as you're logged in.
